I am Dr. Roberto Arroyo. My PhD research was mainly focused on computer vision, deep learning, mobile robots and intelligent transportation systems.
Nowadays, I am a post-doctoral researcher. The title of my Thesis was "Topological Place Recognition for Life-long Visual Localization". It was read in March 2017 and honoured with a "Cum Laude" mention. My Thesis was supervised by Dr. Luis Miguel Bergasa and Dr. Pablo F. Alcantarilla. The work was supported by the RobeSafe research group, which is located at the Department of Electronics of the University of Alcalá (UAH).More about my research     Curriculum vitae
